Q: What solutions were you using to manage your Guest experience before Xperium by Repup?

A: We were using various tools before Xperium by RepUp for different purposes. We had a different tool for guest experience management, one for online reputation management, one for targeted marketing campaigns, etc.

Q: What has been the ROI that you have seen so far?

We’ve already had a substantial revenue jump from pre-selling upsells before guest arrives, about $7000 USD just through upsells.  The issue management system has also helped us improve our product and service which gave us a lot of positive reviews and subsequently increased bookings from OTAs. We also expect our repeat booking to increase by using their email marketing tool.
